Next Generation HR US Summit 2011 Saw Industry Leading Executives Meet To Discuss Objectives And Grow Ongoing Business Relationships

3rd November, Bristol, UK -- Next Generation HR US, which took place from 12th – 14th September the Barton Creek Resort & Spa, Austin, Texas, provided leading executives the chance to establish strong business relationships, which will see the start of many innovative and exciting new ventures.

The summit saw Chief HR Officers from companies across the US meet to discuss objectives such as transformation demands, and their organization's sustainability and bottom-line in a relaxed and vibrant environment. Speakers included leading industry professionals such as Cushing Anderson, VP HR & Talent Management Research, IDC; Steve Cadigan, VP of People Operations, LinkedIn; and Vivian Cosey-Glover, HR Executive, McCain Foods USA. Leading companies including OptumHealth, People Scout, and Maritz sponsored the event.

HR executives had ample opportunity to network with peers. Russ Mikowski, Director of Enterprise Sales, The Ladders said of the event, "The summit was a very positive experience overall. As well as comprehensive workshops, the summit involved panel discussions offering executives moderated, peer-led discussions on major industry issues. One-to-one meetings gave delegates the chance to meet with business analysts and analyst partners to discuss strategy and technology demands in a rapidly evolving business climate.

A total of 16 workshops covered a range of exciting and pressing topics for the HR industry. Topics included globalization, leadership, disruptive technology, maximizing ROI, and more.
